After four times of going back and forth at the main office of Pancake House, Inc and after the four nerve wracking interviews that I went through.. I am now officially employed! I am now part of the Pancake House family! Pancake House, Inc’s owner also owns Del Monte Philippines, Dencios, Sizzling Pepper Steak, Chicken Rice Shop, Le Couer de France, Teriyaki Boy and a lot more (Oh, and they also bought Yellowcab a few weeks ago). I feel so lucky and privileged to be part of a growing company. What I love about the job offer that they gave me is the salary. Hihi! Anyway, starting May 28, 2012, I will be officially a Management Trainee of Pancake House. I am just not yet sure on what branch I will be assigned. I will let you guys know as soon as I know already :)

I went to my dentist earlier today and yes, you guessed it right.. I now have braces on my teeth. I feel so awkward when i’m smiling and talking. It doesn’t feel good, and it doesn’t look good on me :( But I have to endure this for a year or so because my dentist needs to align my upper and lower teeth. A lot of my friends keep on asking me why I needed these braces.. it’s because my dentist needs to do some minor adjustments on my teeth because my teeth falls into the Class II category.

Pardon the cheeks and the mouth. My jaw and teeth hurts like hell right now :(

I was stuck at home for quite some time already and all that I ever do is cook and eat. I can’t help but find myself eating all the time. So Imagine me right now.. bloated. Lol

• Chocolate cake - Mum brought home a chocolate cake from her officemates’ newly opened bakeshop. It tastes a lot like red ribbon, I tell you.
• Spaghetti & Chicken - Mum’s home cooked spaghetti & chicken. My dinner the other night. Talk about a happy tummy! Hihi
• Corn Cobs - Need fibers in my system, that’s why I opted to eat corn cobs for my dinner last night. Yes, only corn cobs and no rice. I’m thinking of ditching rice every night from now on. 
• Nutty Caramel cake - Another cake that mum brought home for us. Tastes a lot like yema than caramel. Haha

I love food, I love eating and I will never get tired of it. <3

So last week, me and my family went to Ace Water Spa - Pasig. We have been a fan of Ace Water Spa since year 2010. We frequently go to their banawe branch but last week we decided to try their newly opened branch in Pasig.

So for those of you who doesn’t have an idea of what Ace Water Spa is, It is a spa which offers you a different kind of Hydrotherapy Massage experience. Both branch offers a lap pool, steam, sauna, herbal pools and one push-of-a-button equipments.

I don’t want to be unfair anymore. So I did what’s right, though I know that I have hurt him a lot. But it’s better to leave him and hurt him now, than to let this go on longer. I know that what I did is wrong, because I have lead him on even though I am still not that 100% ready to love again. And I am so sorry for that :(

Maybe it’s better this way. For me to be single and to just focus on my career. I need to find my old self first and I need to love myself too before loving someone again. Coming from a long term relationship and jumping into a new one is really hard. See what happened? My new relationship ended up pretty fast. There are a lot of issues and questions that keeps popping in my mind, that even I myself can’t answer. I hate myself for having a mind and a heart like this. What happened to me? :(

I tried, I really really tried :(

Last wednesday, April 18, 2012 was our University’s 84th Commencement Exercise at the PICC Plenary Hall, and yes you guessed it right, I was part of the commencement exercise. Dad went back here in the Philippines a day before my graduation, so I was really happy that day because we we’re complete again.

We left at home at around 9AM and arrived at PICC at around 10:30AM. Upon arriving there, I immediately saw my friends..

We only had a few time for picture taking before the program that’s why we only have a few pictures together. Minutes after arriving there, we we’re asked by the coordinators to go inside the hall already so that we could fall in line and so that the program could start already. We, then fell inline at the second floor bridge of the PICC Plenary Hall and the program finally started at around qtr to 12PM. We then marched inside a hall full of happy people. I, myself, am feeling a mixed of emotions that time..

I was seated at the middle of the hall. Had a nice view of the stage! The program took too long to finish. But all in all, we had fun during the program. The people in the hall kept on laughing because of the mis-pronounciations, speeches of the guest speaker, speech of the summa cum laude, and other bloopers while the students were getting there diplomas at the stage. I was really anxious to go up stage already, and when it was my turn, it felt great! Finally, to god be the glory!

The program ended at around 4pm and as usual, I took the chance to take some pictures with some of my friends. But sad to say, I only saw a few of them because there were really a lot of people outside..

I just want to thank my parents for giving me the bestest gift that would never ever be taken away from me - the gift of wisdom and knowledge. I feel so privileged and lucky to be well provided and be well taken care of my parents. I may have graduated a year later, but hey, finally! This is it! I finally graduated! :) Thank you to my parents for being the most supportive, loving and understanding parents that anyone could ever wish for. ♥

Thank you to my nursing friends, hrm friends, professors, practicum friends and to all the people that I met all throughout my college years! :) Let us all welcome ourselves to the real world, my dear 2012 graduates! :)

Last Friday, I went to relans and checked if my Grad Pictures is already packed and ready for pick-up. And luckily, they just finished packing it that day, so I already brought it home with me.

They placed it on a big black bag. The bag contains:

• A big picture frame with me wearing a toga in the picture
• 40+ Wallet size pictures
• 1 big formal picture
• 3 medium sized pictures
• 6 formal passport size pictures
• 1 cd containing all of my pictures (including the unedited ones)

So here are the photo’s which have been developed from relans. Okay, these might not look good. I have the most awkwardest smile, ever. But all is well, I feel oh so happy! I’ll finally be graduating! :)
