A few days ago, I applied as one of their Fashion Hunters/Fashion Bloggers and luckily I got an email today confirming that I am now part of their Fashion Bloggers Community.

I was really hesitant at first on signing up, because I don’t really post a lot of outfit posts and the-likes like other fashion bloggers do. I was hesitant, because I, myself know for a fact that I wasn’t really a fashion blogger because I post more about food and my personal life. Haha Anyway, maybe this time I should take fashion blogging seriously, eh? :)

I got a starting credit amounting to $10 and a 20% discount coupon for signing up! Sign up now at www.oasap.com

So I lurked around their items and here are some of my favorites:

Aztec Prints

Recently, the aztec print has been appearing on a lot of fashion blogs and I’ve noticed that it has become very trendy! But I have loved this print since I was really young because my parents used to buy me some clothings that has aztec prints on it. Aztec Prints gives me that boho/hippie feeling. And oh, it also reminds me of Pocahontas.

You could wear it almost anywhere. At a party, at a park, at the mall, at a rock band concert. But if you would ask me, I would wear it during roadtrips, picnics, a sunny day at the park or an out of town trip with my friends.

Floral Prints

Floral dresses and tops have become a major staple in my wardrobe. I just love how floral pieces look so light, carefree, fun, sweet, chic and sophisticated. For me, floral prints are really timeless. It just really never gets old. It’s something that each and every one of us must really invest on. Well, in my opinion, that is.

Fashion: Cotton On x Rubi

February 05, 2012 : 12 : Comments

Did a little shopping spree at Cotton On and Rubi during my stay at our place in Singapore during the holiday season. Haven’t used all of these babies yet. But I definitely can’t wait to wear all of it! :3

Cotton On is a store which sells fashionable shirts, jeans, tank-tops, skirts, shoes, dresses and the-likes. Almost all of which are made of cotton! If you like the clothes from zara and topshop, you might want to shop at cotton on, because some of their pieces are similar.

Some of the pieces that I got at Cotton On..

Animal Print Bottom (20SGD), Yellow Flowy Top (19SGD), Yellow Spag Top (12SGD), Blue Floral Skirt (18SGD), Black Sailor Skirt (25SGD) and Cream Floral Skirt (18SGD)

I also bought a few stuffs from Rubi which is a sister shop of Cotton On. Rubi sells a lot of shoes! Ranging from Sandals, Flats, Slippers, Heels, Pumps, Sneakers and so on. Name it, they got it! But they also sell different accessories like wallets, scarfs, bracelets, earrings, etc.

Some of the items that I got at Rubi..

Leopard Scarf (12SGD), 2 Multi Colored Scarfs (12SGD for 2)

Bought 4 Black Sandals (19SGD) because it was on sale. And gave two of it to my friends. The other one is still in here because it is for my ex’s mother. Which I really really have no idea on how I would be giving it. Black Gladiator Sandals (25SGD)

Silver Bangels with Charms (8SGD)

Hippie Bracelet with Charms (6SGD)

I just wish that we have Cotton On and Rubi Shoes here in the Philippines! They sell awesome and fashionable clothes at a cheap price. Oh well, can’t wait for April! Can’t wait to go back to Singapore again. :)

P.S. If you happen to be in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and the USA, don’t miss out the chance to buy some stuff from Cotton On and Rubi! <3

Roaming the streets of Singapore with No Make-up & Comfy Clothes on <3

So yesterday, Me, Chelsea and Sam went to the party thrown by the Online Shopping Destination site, Multiply.com at White Space Makati. This was a by-invitation-only event but we got a chance to attend it because Chelsea got 6 invites, while I got 2 invites from Erika because I won her quick giveaway. Thanks Erika! :)

Moving on..

The invites - these was actually made of a thick plastic card. It’s like a credit card, but the thing here is that it can’t be swiped when you purchase an item. Oh, how I wish it could be like that. Haha

We arrived at the venue at around 7PM. Upon entering the venue hall, there was a lot of people already waiting for the show to start. Almost all of the people there are wearing heels, while i’m wearing flats. Haha I look so tiny last night! The party is filled with fashionable people, free and unlimited food & drinks. Thumbs up Multiply!

We roamed around the venue, only to find out that this was not the usual shopping party that we are expecting because there was only a few stalls of goodies and clothes being sold at the venue. So basically, this party is all about the re-birth of Multiply.com, wherein they introduce you to the new face and world of shopping at Multiply.

The event was hosted by the very gorgeous and witty host of Lifestyle Network’s F.A.S.H, Bianca Valerio. Yes, her hair is blonde. It’s not a wig, it’s her real hair dyed into blonde. She looks like a real-life barbie!

We had our pictures taken at the photobooth c/o Partyshots. It was really nice because the guy took nine pictures of us taken so that each of us could have our own copy of the printed output. I look so awkward in all of the photos from the photobooth! Haha Anyway, Thank you for the free magnetic photobooth pictures Partyshots!

The President of Multiply.com giving an Introductory speech. He looks nice and cool. Forgot his name though.

After the introductory speech, there’s this duo who performed on stage. I think they sang 3-5 songs. They were actually pretty good! Sucks though coz’ I wasn’t able to know their duo name! If you happen to know, please let me know! The girl was really a good singer! :)

With the very beautiful Bianca Valerio! See, I wasn’t really dressed for the occassion. Haha I’m sorry! And I look oh so tiny, because I was only wearing flats while all of them are wearing heels! Oops! My bad! Will really dress for the occassion next time :)

Then the fashion show started..

I finally decided to open the Mac Heatherette Lipstick in ”Melrose Mood” that my mom gave me a few months ago along with the Revlon Love that Pink lippie that she gave me. I love bright pinks! No matter how bright the pink is, the color can always be toned down and manipulated with the way you put on your lipstick. This is one of the reasons why I obsess over pinks and redish hues! ;)

Can’t wait to try this soon on a night out with friends or with the boyfriend :)

TUESDAY: Wishlist // Leopards

September 27, 2011 : 16 : Comments

I want to update my closet with:

  • Leopard Maxi Dress
  • Leopard Peep Toe Shoes
  • Leopard Loose Top
  • Leopard Bag

I already have a top and bag with leopard design printed on it. But I still want to buy another one. I already know where I’m going to purchase exact replicas of these babies. So I just really need to save some money so that I could buy these.

4 items added on my wishlist and soon to buy list.
