After four times of going back and forth at the main office of Pancake House, Inc and after the four nerve wracking interviews that I went through.. I am now officially employed! I am now part of the Pancake House family! Pancake House, Inc’s owner also owns Del Monte Philippines, Dencios, Sizzling Pepper Steak, Chicken Rice Shop, Le Couer de France, Teriyaki Boy and a lot more (Oh, and they also bought Yellowcab a few weeks ago). I feel so lucky and privileged to be part of a growing company. What I love about the job offer that they gave me is the salary. Hihi! Anyway, starting May 28, 2012, I will be officially a Management Trainee of Pancake House. I am just not yet sure on what branch I will be assigned. I will let you guys know as soon as I know already :)

I went to my dentist earlier today and yes, you guessed it right.. I now have braces on my teeth. I feel so awkward when i’m smiling and talking. It doesn’t feel good, and it doesn’t look good on me :( But I have to endure this for a year or so because my dentist needs to align my upper and lower teeth. A lot of my friends keep on asking me why I needed these braces.. it’s because my dentist needs to do some minor adjustments on my teeth because my teeth falls into the Class II category.

Pardon the cheeks and the mouth. My jaw and teeth hurts like hell right now :(

I’m so bored right now that’s why I’m answering some of the questions from the “Inbox me” set of questions. If you have time to waste as well, read on and get to know me more! :)

What sports do you play?

I used to play volleyball back in highschool. I also know how to swim, play basketball, badminton and a bit of bowling. :)

What is your favorite song as of the moment?

Kimbra - Two Way Street “love is a two way street..” My newest favorite song is from a new Australian Singer who exudes talent all over her being! :)

Why did you create a Tumblr account?

At first, I just really made a Tumblr account to join the bandwagon. So for the first few months of tumblogging, what I did was just to reblog and reblog. But after quite some time, I got tired and bored of my usual routine, which is to reblog. Then I finally decided to make my Tumblr account as my online diary. Wherein I could post my daily rants and what is happening with my life.

What do you want to be in the future?

Career wise, I want to be a Manager of a Restaurant or a Hotel. Oh wait, or better yet, I want to Manage my own business. That’s why I want to take up an MBA degree as soon as possible :)

If you were given a chance, would you like to have a different life?

Honestly speaking, No. I wouldn’t change the life that I had and have right now. Because the experiences that I got through this life of mine made me the person that I am right now :)

What would you want to say to your latest ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend?

I would like to thank you for everything. As in, for everything. I am forever grateful for all the things that we’ve gone through, for all the things that we had and for the love that we once had. I am sorry for all the things that I did wrong. What we had is something that I would treasure for all of my life. I am happy that we are friends now. Let’s just always remember what we both said, “Ang gf/bf nawawala, ang bestfriend hindi.” Thanks for the love, but now i’m thankful for the friendship :)

How long is your longest relationship?

My longest relationship lasted for 3yrs and 6months.

Do you think all the pain is worth it?

Every pain that each and every one of us go through is worth it. Trust me. Because for every pain that we go through, we become stronger and wiser.

Do you believe in destiny?

I really don’t believe in destiny. Because I believe that if you really want something, you have to do something to get it and to make things happen.

Did you ever feel like you’re not good enough?

I think each and every one of us went through that stage right? We all went to that point of our lives wherein we’re so down and we felt like we are really not good enough. Not good enough for our parents, for our special someone, for our acads.. so on and so forth.

But I realized something, we should never ever think that we are not good enough. We should always believe in ourselves because if we believe in ourself, we could do all things and we would definitely be better!

Cereals for my brunch. Yes, I’m on a diet, because summer is fast approaching. ♥ 

Things to do for today:

• Make the lay-out for our business’ tarpaulin
• Organize the files for the production process part of our paper
• Write 20 pages of Hiragana for my Foreign Language class
• Organize the files on my laptop
• Workout for 30mins (tummy is getting bigger and bigger because of alcohol. Blame it on the alcohol!)

Everybody meet Chloe! Chloe’s a Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510. I got her last year around August. So before, Chloe really looks boring. (I am really not the type of girl who’s ma-kikay with her fone.) Finally after many many months of Chloe just wearing a Cap Case, I finally gave in and bought her a Pink Hard Case and attached an A-Cellphone chain which I bought at Singapore. I really don’t know why I just dressed up chloe just now. I really really don’t have an idea. Haha! It only costs 70PHP and it’s only now that I got a chance to dress her up. Haha OMG Anj. Haha 

Same as to the saying ‘What is beauty if the brain is empty?’

You see, if you’re pretty you shouldn’t be contented on just being pretty. You should also have a nice personality, a good heart and yes, you gotta have brains! When you have all that, well congratulations love, you’re a complete package! ;)

Bottom line is, we shouldn’t focus on only one thing. And, being pretty is not enough. Sometimes being smart and having a good heart is much better. I like to be noted as ‘the smart one’ or ‘the nice one’, rather than ‘the pretty girl’ because being nice and smart is way way better! 

How we celebrated our 41st Month:

• Went to Church to hear the Sunday Mass
• Went to the Mall to eat dinner at Tokyo Tokyo
• Roamed around the mall to check some stuffs and shops
• We we’re craving for sweets so we decided to buy some Ice Creams from Scoopery then some donuts at Dunkin Donut

Yes, we just had a simple celebration because we’re on a budget right now. But hey, we do really like cheap dates. We’re the type of couple which prefers to stay at home to eat, talk to each other, or just watch a movie. Inshort, we’re just simple, we don’t need extravagant things to make us happy because the small things makes us happy already. What’s important to us is that we are together.

It doesn’t matter if you dine at a fancy restaurant or just in a fast food restaurant. What matters most is that you two are together.
