Sunny Side Up in a Bread

October 06, 2011 : 29 : Comments

  • egg
  • butter
  • loaf of bread
  • a pint of salt

Tear a hole out at the center of the bread. Tilt the skillet so the melted butter covers the surface of the pan. Place each slice of bread next to each other in the skillet. Crack eggs, one at a time, into the hole in the center of the bread. After about 3 minutes, flip the bread and cook on the other side until the egg has set.

Serve it with hotdogs and ketchup on the side. Best served as a breakfast meal. Enjoy! :)

As you all know, I really love to eat and cook. One of my favorite easy to prepare and cook food is the fish fillet. So I’m going to share to you my recipe which you could also use in cooking fish and chips.

Here goess..

1. Defrost a fresh fish fillet. Preferably a Dori Fish Fillet. (It’s my favorite. Lol)

2. Cut it into pieces

3. Spread the paprika powder all over the fish fillets, sprinkle a bit of ajinomoto and ground pepper

And it should look like this..

Yes, it looks a bit messy. Haha

4. Place some bread crumbs into a plate or bowl. Season it with a little bit of salt.

5. Cover the fish fillet with some bread crumbs

6. Cook the breaded fish fillet into a pan/pot of boiling oil. When it’s golden brown already, you can take the fish fillet out of the oil and let it cool for a while

7. Finally, the finished product! It may not look good in the picture. But I swear it tastes good! It is very crunchy on the outside, and very soft in the inside. Best served when hot!

C’mon guys! Try it when you have some free time. :)

Easy Recipes 1,2,3 : Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes

If you are a close friend of mine, you really know that I’m into baking since 1st year college. Me and my mom used to bake cakes, chocolate lollipops and the-likes just for fun. Then on my 2nd year in college, we decided to accept orders since many of the people are asking if we are selling the cakes, cupcakes, brownies and etc that we bake. Business went well, being able to give people yummy treats that you actually made was very self-rewarding. But due to our busy schedule, we we’re not able to operate that business for a long time.

Hopefully in the near future, we would be able to sell some of our baked creations again :)
